Information you provide
When you join the waitlist, we store your email address. If you later receive product access, we may also store account details, Product Brain information, prompts, approvals, generated outputs, and settings you choose to save.
Connected platforms
If you connect a supported social account, Loomen receives only the data covered by the permissions shown during connection. This can include channel identity, content, and analytics. OAuth credentials are used server-side to maintain the connection and are not shown to AI providers.
AI processing
Loomen may send the prompt and the minimum relevant product context to an AI provider to generate a requested result. We do not send OAuth tokens or unrelated account data in AI prompts. Provider processing is also governed by that provider's applicable terms.
How we use information
We use information to operate the waitlist and product, prevent abuse, provide requested AI features, maintain connected integrations, measure reliability, and communicate about access or material service updates. We do not sell personal information.
Service providers
We use service providers including Vercel for hosting, Supabase for authentication and data storage, Cloudflare Turnstile for abuse prevention, and selected AI providers for requested generations. They process information to provide their services to Loomen.
Cookies & local storage
We may store interface preferences in your browser. Turnstile and our infrastructure may use cookies or similar signals for security, session continuity, and abuse prevention.
Retention and your choices
We keep waitlist information while early access is active or until you ask us to remove it. Product records may be kept while an account is active and for a limited period needed for security, backups, or legal obligations. You may request access, correction, or deletion by contacting us.
